Melanated Masterminds believes an African-centered education is the key to unlocking the Black brain, leading to the success and liberation of Black children and communities. We believe the two most important aspects of education for Black children are what we teach and how we teach it. Melanated Masterminds coaches and develops leaders, co-creates culturally relevant curriculum with K-12 schools and community-based organizations, and forges liberatory communities of leaders to realize the vision of liberation for Black students and the communities they will grow to serve.
